**Please note: do NOT arrive early while our COVID guidelines are in place**

We strongly encourage clients to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. If arriving 15 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time, the appointment is subject to being cancelled and cancellation policies may be enforced.

Cancellation policy:

You will not be charged if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of service price for late cancellations and 100% of service for no shows.

Please note: If client cancels within LESS THAN 1 hour to the appointment start time (or doesn't show), the appointment will be marked as a NO SHOW and 100% of the service cost will be charged. 


In the event of a declined credit card charge, the client will need to pre-pay for any future appointments (including any missed appointments/late cancellation fees in full) and will not be able to schedule appointments via our online system. Pre-paid appointments will manually be scheduled by Art of Lash staff based on availability. Pre-payments are non-refundable. Art of Lash may require more than 24 hours to reschedule a pre-paid appointment.


Salon Policy:

Please do NOT bring any friends, family, children or pets to your appointment. However, clients under the age of 18, must bring a parent/guardian to their first appointment. Please notify Art of Lash in advance, if you're under the age of 18.

NO use of cell phones and/or multitasking during your appointment. 

Payments: We accept most major credit cards (VISA/MasterCard/Discover/Amex). Please understand that we do not take personal checks or cash.


Art of Lash reserves the right to refuse treatment should a client be deemed to be under the influence of drugs/alcohol or if the service seem unsafe/unsatisfactory for the clients health. 

Photographs: Please understand that before and after pictures will be taken of any scheduled services (this is mandatory). This is to ensure consistency and perfection of your results, pictures are then added to safe client folders for staff use (will never be shared without your consent). If you do not wish to have your photo taken, please understand you have to cancel your appointment 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid any cancellation charges.
