Revamped Appointment Guidelines
Arrive promptly (on time), as waiting inside for long periods of time will not be allowed. If you're more than 15 minutes early please wait outside of the building
It's OPTIONAL if clients wants to wear a face mask during the service.
Please wash/sanitize hands immediately upon arriving ("clean stations" will be provided)
All new clients will be required to fill out a Consent Form
As per usual, NO additional company (children, friends/family or pets) are permitted
IF YOU ARE NOT FEELING WELL IN ANY WAY, OR HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE COVID-POSITIVE OR HAVE BEEN TESTED RECENTLY (and waiting on results), WE KINDLY ASK YOU TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE. WE MAY REJECT/RESCHEDULE SERVICES TO ANYONE WE BELIEVE POSE A RISK OF INFECTION. PLEASE REST ASSURED THAT THESE PRECAUTIONARY STEPS ARE FOR EVERYONE'S SAFETY. YOUR HEALTH IS OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please do so BEFORE the 24-hour cancelation policy kicks in to avoid any cancellation fees. Any appointment within the 24-hour timeframe cannot be rescheduled and will be canceled. Any cancellation fees will applied to a canceled appointment within less than 24-hours.
These revamped guidelines will remain in effect FOR ALL OF YOUR FUTURE APPOINTMENTS, until further notice.
Please note: If you are under the age of 18, please bring a parent/legal guardian to sign your consent form (first time appointment only). Your parent/legal guardian may leave after signing (please understand that during COVID we are only allowed to have 1 person per professional in our studio). We do require the card holder to be physically present when using a card. If a parent is paying for the service, please consider giving your child a gift card so their checkout process will be smooth. You can purchase a gift card here.

What we are doing
Our staff have been fully vaccinated and boosted for Covid-19, as an added safety precaution
As per usual, we will be wearing double face masks (during all services) and utilizing gloves during most services. We also have additional PPE to utilize for services (such as face shields)
We will continue our daily disinfecting protocol between each client with our EPA-registered hospital grade disinfectants. We have increased these measures for public surfaces (knobs, pens, handles etc)
Our staff has taken Covid-19 certifications as well as additional disinfection certifications to ensure we are providing the safest environment we can
We continue to operate under our BY APPOINTMENT ONLY basis (we only see 1 client per professional - with individual treatment rooms)
We continue to offer contactless payment options such as Apple Pay. However, we still offer checkout by credit card. All devices will be wiped clean with a hospital grade disinfectant between each checkout
