What if I'm not sure which style to book for?

If you're unsure which style to book for (classics, hybrid or volume), we highly recommend to schedule for the service that will book us the most time. In this case it would be volume lashes. We can always adjust your appointment after your in-house consultation (included with your scheduled appointment) should we deem another style be a better fit for you.

Please include a brief summary of your goals with the extensions, and the look you're going for, along with your personal lifestyle. 

How often should I come back for eyelash extensions?

In order to keep your eyelash extensions looking flawless, fills are required every 2-4 weeks (any appointments after 28 days/4 weeks will count as a new full set). Your natural lashes grow (similar to how your nail-polish grows out from the cuticle), During your fills we remove outgrown extensions, and apply new ones closer to the base. Each day we naturally shed lashes (like hair all over your body, and this happens with our without extensions), We all have a shedding cycle that continue to replace our natural hair, this process is continuous. With natural shedding, growth and hair renewing itself, fills are highly recommended.

Usually for new clients we would recommend to schedule a follow up appointment around 2-3 weeks after your initial appointment. This is to ensure after care is going ok and to assess your natural shedding cycle. Clients who are used to care for their lashes (and depending on natural lash cycle) can normally go 3-4 weeks between fills. This is of course all a personal preference.

**Please note that we only do fills on sets with at least 50% of your remaining extensions left. Please plan your fills accordingly to your lifestyle and retention.

What if I ever want to stop getting eyelash extensions, what do I do?

If you ever decide to stop getting your lashes filled, you have two choices:
 

• Get them professionally removed. We have a specific removal solution to ensure a smooth and comfortable removal. This is done without any damage to your natural lashes. 

• You can let them naturally shed. Since our natural lashes continue to replace themselves, they will eventually all shed. This can usually take up to 6-8 weeks. If you'd like for them to be removed immediately, please schedule an extension removal. 
   

**Please do not attempt "home remedies" to remove extensions, you'll likely end up pulling out your lashes pre-maturely which can cause permanent lash loss and damage.

Does eyelash extensions damage your natural lashes?

When done right by a licensed professional you should experience no damage to your natural lashes. It's important to find a professional who not only value the health of your natural lashes during the application but long term. We always assess the natural lashes before any application, this is to ensure you're getting the best suitable set with the appropriate length, curl and weight. 

Lashes that are way too long and heavy can eventually cause damage. Please be advised that we will never apply extensions that go beyond what they can tolerate. Since your natural lashes continue to replace themselves and go through a growing stage, they will always be changing (this is a good thing!)

However, damage can be done if we physically pull out our lashes prematurely (if you were to pluck them), or put excess pressure on them.
